I studied Communication Design in Hamburg, and later Cultural & Genderstudies in Zürich, Switzerland.

From 2001 I worked as a freelance graphic designer in Berlin, and in 2003/2004 as a book designer at Lars Müller Publishers, Baden, Switzerland.

Besides my work as a graphic designer I realized several photography projects (i.e. 7 Private Views, published in: Die Zeit), I taught photography (i.e. at F+F Schule für Kunst und Mediendesign, Zürich, Switzerland), I worked as an image editor at taz Berlin, and I (co-)curated art exhibitions (i.e. at Shedhalle Zürich and Lothringer13, Munich).
I currently work as assistant to the conceptual artist Karin Sander
